Just to confirm my telephone conversation today - I recently bought some door and cupboard handles -

Victorian style cream crackle glaze and black.  The quality of the handles is excellent, as was your service;

the people I spoke to when ordering were very helpful, even though I was just ordering a few handles.

And the handles arrived the next day just in time for our carpenter to fit them to the doors!

He too was very impressed! It was a pleasure to deal with such a good company.
